With the help of our amazing junior team (Nakita Simpson and Julius Im) and ex-intern turned insanely talented designer (Seunghoi An), we reinvented the program once again. The brief was to attract even more diverse talent at Swift by letting applicants show off their creativity outside of their resume. Their solution was to create a never ending application searching for limitless potential. We came up with hundreds of inquisitive questions, prompts and games to inspire our future interns to show us how they think outside of just their portfolio.

2020
COVID-19 cancelled internships for a lot of agencies (including Swift) but, four brave creatives with a lot of heart for helping new graduates become hireable came together to turn Swift’s Flight School into Flight School Night School. We received hundreds of applicants from hungry young creatives and selected 6 teams to move forward into our virtual fellowship program. We pivoted their work to focus on portfolio building, presentation grooming, networking, and a little glimmer of hope for the future of advertising.
